Join us for the 32nd Annual Salt & Light Award Dinner, as business and community leaders gather to celebrate men whose lives reflect Christ’s call to be “salt and light.” Enjoy an evening of recognition, connection, and inspiration that strengthens our shared commitment to lead with faith and influence for good.
Hear powerful testimonies of how God directs our paths, deepens trust, and works through surrendered lives to accomplish more than we could imagine.
Stories of how intentional friendships and mentoring open doors for God’s purposes, deepen faith, and multiply impact.
Since 1995, the Salt & Light Award has celebrated leaders from every walk of life—reminding us that true influence begins with surrender.
This annual gathering is much more than a dinner. It’s a celebration of leaders who model Christ’s call to be salt and light—men who invest in others, build intentional relationships, and inspire faith that multiplies in our homes, workplaces, and communities.

Join us in celebrating these leaders whose faith shapes the way they live, work, and serve. Their journeys highlight the power of intentional relationships, the courage to trust God’s leading, and the influence that comes from investing in others.
As CEO of Kimray, THOMAS HILL carries forward a third-generation legacy rooted in biblical values while transparently sharing his own journey of addiction, recovery, and renewed purpose. Through Recovering Leadership, Monday Musings, and the Kimmell Foundation, he champions healthy, values-driven workplace culture and deeper spiritual lives. Thomas’s mentoring, advocacy for mental health, and support of recovery ministries reflect his commitment to Christ-centered leadership in our city.
LES THOMAS has devoted his life to service, restoration, and hope—mentoring at-risk youth, leading in underserved communities, and pointing others to their identity in Christ. A retired U.S. Air Force veteran, pastor, author, and community builder, Les leverages every influence he has to bring unity, dignity, and opportunity to those around him. His faithful investment in discipleship and leadership development has inspired many across northeast Oklahoma City.
DAVID MILLER integrates business, discipleship, and church planting, viewing his Tide Dry Cleaning franchises as mission fields where meaningful work and gospel witness intersect. With a Doctorate of Ministry in missions and church planting, David has led and planted multiple churches and now equips others through No Place Left. His intentional leadership—employing diverse cultures, encouraging faith at work, and launching a new Connect3 team—exemplifies missional living in the marketplace.
Take a journey through the years, and see some of the other great followers of Christ who have honored Him, allowing their faith to shape their journeys.
