D-GROUP: LEARNING HOW TO DISCIPLE OTHERS

Jesus’ chosen method for engaging the world with the Gospel and growing them to maturity in their faith is to use faithful believers like yourself who invest themselves in the lives of others.

This training is designed to help you get started on the great journey of making disciples. Christ Himself has called you to this, and He promises to do this with you. You won’t find a more eternally significant or rewarding endeavor than helping someone know Christ better and live out His incredible plan for their lives.

If this feels daunting, take comfort! In these six sessions, we’ll cover the following areas to help you step into this with confidence and clarity.

• The WHAT, WHY and HOW of discipleship
• How to start well and with clear expectations
• Best practices to adopt and pitfalls to avoid
• How to make the most of your time
• Helping someone through questions, struggles and hardship
• Practice session: role play with another in the group

Embark on this journey with others ready to invest in helping someone grow in their relationship with Christ, and experience the spiritual growth in your own life!

This group will meet via Zoom on Tuesdays from 3:30-4:30, starting November 29 and ending on January 10. You will receive the Zoom link when you register.
