Salt & Light Award Dinner

October 14 | 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum

Join us for this incredible evening event!

The Salt & Light Award is given annually by the Christian Business Men’s Connection of Oklahoma to honor a man whose life is the personification of the “salt and light” that Christ asked believers to be in Matthew 5:13-16.

Jesus calls each of us to follow Him and to join Him in His work of helping others know and experience the life only He can offer. Each year, CBMC honors a man who has faithfully used his business platform to influence others toward Christ and help them grow spiritually. The dinner event is both powerful and inspirational as we celebrate what God can do through a life lived intentionally for His glory.

The Honorees for 2025 are:
• Gary Brooks – President and CEO of Cornerstone Development
• Randy Kamp – President and CEO of KampCo Foods
• Wes Gutekunst – Owner of Gutekunst Designs
Our hope is that you can join us in person. Seating will be limited, so make your sponsorship right away. Thank you for helping CBMC make this evening possible and continue the work of helping men live out their faith in the Oklahoma City marketplace.

Gary Brooks is the visionary Oklahoma City developer who courageously restored the iconic First National Center—a $275 million, seven-year revival transforming a crumbling Art-Deco tower into a vibrant hotel, residences, and retail hub. Rooted in faith, he now partners with civic leaders to combat homelessness while also mentoring young leaders.

Randy Kamp is an accomplished attorney, CPA, and restaurateur behind the beloved Kamp’s 1910 Café in downtown OKC. He first connected with CBMC through a peer group for business owners, which led to discipleship and mentoring. He later helped launch OKC’s first Young Professionals groups and now leads a CBMC forum for executives.

Wes Gutekunst is a premier web designer whose clients include the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum, Crossings Community Church, Hal Smith Restaurant Group, and many others. As a contractor, he intentionally stewards his professional relationships to point others to Christ. Wes leads a CBMC group for Young Professionals.
