FIRST THURSDAY DEVOTIONAL - SEPTEMBER 2020

Lee Roland shared a timely word from 1 John with the solution to the unrest, discord and division in our communities and our nation right now. As Christians, our love for one another is what is supposed to set us apart. Lee challenged us to consider how we demonstrate that love such that others feel loved.

Lee is an important leader in our community, serving on the Mayor's taskforce, numerous nonprofits and boards, and as a pastor, college professor, author and nationally renowned educator.

The FIRST THURSDAY GATHERING is hosted each month by CBMC to bring men together in prayer for each other, for our businesses, and for our city, state and nation. It's open to everyone, and will be hosted on Zoom until it's safe for us to gather in person once again.
